Warranty

We are proud of our integrity and of all the products we sell. That is why we have created our own warranty for most of the watch brands we sell. Our warranty encompasses our core beliefs, making us fairer than most of the manufacturers  

During the warranty period, if the watch you have purchased has a mechanical fault, it can be returned in order for the watch to be repaired or replaced under the warranty. If within the 30 day period the, the watch develops a fault, the postage cost will be covered. After the 30 day period, it is up to you to send the watch back using a tracked service.

On the product page, both type and length of time of the warranty will be affirmed.

What your warranty covers?


Each enquiry will be looked at on an individual basis. No warranty can be reviewed without an inspection of the watch.

Your warranty will cover:

  • The watches mechanism
  • Hands of the watch
  • The Dial
  • Any small parts located under the glass

 

Please note:

  • Due to the popularity of our products, there is no guarantee that the same model will be sent back as a replacement. Please check our website or get in contact with our customer service team to check the availability of your chosen model.
  • We are able to provide a watch of equal value and similar style If model the model you have chosen is not available.
  • A store credit to spend in our online store or a refund will be issued to you If there isn’t a suitable replacement of your chosen model.
  • Only a repair, exchange or store credit can be offered If the fault develops later than 6 months from the receipt date.

What is not covered by your warranty?


  • Loss of stones/gems after 9 months of ownership.
  • Damage caused by strap adjustments especially with ceramic watches.
  • Once the strap is adjusted we are not responsible for bracelet failures. In addition, we will not be responsible for any damage to decorative items such as stones coming loose after alterations.
  • Damage due to mishandling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage unless marked water-resistant. (See water resistance guide here)

How to request a repair?

Warranty repair process

 

On our website please open a return request and include the printed and filled returns form inside your parcel.


Remember to put your #RMA (return number) on the outside of the box with your product.


  1. Once your request has been verified, an email will be sent to you instructing you to send the watch back via post. Another email will be sent to confirm that the parcel has been received by the returns department.
  2. Our repair team will inspect your watch. The repair team will then assess whether the fault is covered by our warranty.
  3. An email will be sent for any status update. If the watch can be fixed,  an estimated time will be given to you for the repair to be completed. If we are unable to repair the watch we will replace it for you.

  1. You will be updated via call or email once your fixed or replaced watch has been dispatched.

Repairs may take between 15-21 working days. This can be longer if additional parts need to be ordered.
